Viva Research: an Online Survey Scam?
I don’t like doing negative reviews, but sometimes it’s necessary. I thought I’d done some bad reviews before, but this one seems to top them all. I found more negative comments on Viva Research than on any other site I’ve looked at, and that means I found quite a few.
Someone asked me if I’d review Viva Research, so I headed on over to see what I could find out. It didn’t take long for me to decide I wasn’t going to join. All I found were negative comments and listings on ripoffreport.com. I even found a new website called pissedconsumer.com with many unfavorable reports.
The most of these complaints were about failure to make payouts. People were taking surveys and earning money, often hundreds of dollars. Apparently the site sends out lots of invitations and offers, and it looks like you’re going to be making good money for your contributions. Then when it comes time for payout, they don’t.
You can take all the surveys in the world, but if they don’t pay you, what’s the point? Any of you who find this site, I’d not recommend even bothering to look at it or signing up. Don’t waste your time. I’ve done the research and you more than likely don’t want to get involved with this one. That is unless you like to work and never get paid…
If you do decide to take a chance on them, you need to remember that even with the well rated sites, you need to keep good track of what you do for them. With a site like Viva Research, it is imperative that you keep good records! When you get a confirmation notification, be sure you save it. Save everything pertaining to your work for them. I don’t recommend it, but if you join anyway, I wish you good luck and let me know how it goes.
