Survey Savvy: A Review Update

Usually when I post an update, it’s to let you know I got stung by a site I reported was good, or maligned a site I’ve found out is worthwhile. This time, I’m giving an extra boost to a site I already like.

That would be Survey Savvy. I’ve had good experiences with them and they’ve become one of my favorite sites. I usually get a couple of surveys a month, and there have been some months I’ve received up to four! An offer to participate in an online community, which I accepted, gave me four $10 gift cards to Amazon. That was one a week, for the four weeks of my participation.

Payment is usually by check and takes a while. Six weeks is not uncommon. Remember you have to make a request for your check. It’s not automatically sent. So far, they’ve not added PayPal, but we can always hope for the future.

They seem reliable about making payment and there‘s no minimum to be met before you can request your payment. For most participants, pay usually averages around $3 per survey completed. They also offer entries into a sweepstakes, if you don’t qualify after completing the screening for that survey.

Most of the complaints I’ve found are simply about not enough surveys being offered. The ones I’ve received, though, have all been good. Another problem people mention is with qualifying, but there is no guessing who’s going to be accepted or why.

I do like this site. Survey Savvy is one of my favorites. :)
