Survey Panel Group – Is this Online Survey Site Worth it?
I tried to find something nice to say about this site, but nothing‘s coming to me. Survey Panel Group is one of those sites that snows you with page after page after page of stupid offer sites and giveaways. They start by saying that registrations takes 7 minutes. Try 7X7 and you‘ll be nearer the mark – I am fast, and it took me nearly an hour. Even more insulting, after all of those pages of offer sites, a $500 gift card pops up. Well that’s torn it – anyone who reads my blog knows my mantra – Never, ever, ever sign up for a free $500 gift card from anywhere. They are ALL scams, and the only guarantee you get is that they will waste up to 2 hours of your time for absolutely nothing in return.
After the “gift card” it took me to one of those awful pages where they will have checked yes for you in random boxes sprinkled through about 30 offers. This means you have to comb through make sure they are all no’s.
After the whole ordeal, all I got was a list of sites I qualified for, most of which were the sites I have already debunked as scams like Tiki Cash and even others I had never heard of. I unsubscribed from this site; stick a fork in me – I‘m done. Anyone else who would like to stick it out for a month, let me know. Personally, I’ll stick with Survey Saavy and Opinion Outpost and some of the others I’ve found that I already know aren’t spam. Survey Savvy has started doing focus groups, which is exciting.
