Greenfield Online – Still on the Top 25 Surveys List
Greenfield Online is probably one of the most well known of all the online survey and market research sites. They’ve been changing up their format the past few years, which has disappointed some, but I still believe it is quite worthwhile.
The Greenfield Online website is easy to navigate with member profiles surveys for you to do first and your account balance and history. They will email surveys to you, but you can go to the website and check out others as well. This is one of the earliest sites I signed up with; they have been around since 1994.
I started getting surveys right away; first a $1 beauty products questionnaire, then a $3 survey about computers followed by another $1 beauty product one. They took about 30 minutes each for the beauty product surveys and 20 minutes for the one on computers. Most of their surveys pay $1-$10.
The others I have received have been for sweepstakes only so I am batting 50-50, but I notice most of the complaints I see are about the apparent decrease in cash paying surveys being sent out. Personally, I think that they send out enough cash paying surveys to be worth a little time, and I don’t have to take the others if I don’t want to.
Greenfield just started using Paypal for sending payment, and there is no minimum you have to meet to request payment. Although Greenfield Online may have been lagging lately, I have seen a positive trend which seems to indicate they are trying to correct any problems and do want to give their members more interaction.
